Talia is an absolutely beautiful villa, situated in the tranquil Cumbrian Lakes community. Talia offers over 2,500 square feet of quality living, and some of the best views Central Florida has to offer.
Its premium location on a huge corner plot overlooking a lake and conservation area means Talia offers the perfect private spot for your holiday haven.
The villa contains six bedrooms, comprising three master suites with full bathrooms, two twin rooms with a shared bathroom, and a children's bedroom/lounge with bunk beds and a PlayStation 2. The first master suite includes a huge bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the pool area, while the second master suite opens onto the pool area itself. Two of the master suites and the children's room include TVs with built-in DVD/video players. There are ceiling fans in five of the bedrooms and in the living area, making for a perfectly comfortable 'good night's sleep', no matter how warm the Florida air is outside.
A favourite feature with guests is our large games room with pool table, table football, electronic darts and the recent addition of a selection of gym equipment. The separately heated jacuzzi, with its fibre-optic lights is the perfect place to wallow in the evenings, and you make wish to take a plunge in the pool to wake yourself up again afterwards.
Added to that, are spacious living and formal dining areas, with a second dining area on the poolside lanai, with ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen contains a huge cooker and fridge/freezer with ice maker, as well as dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you will need to cook up a storm, or just brew a lovely pot of fresh coffee to enjoy in the mornings. A barbecue grill can be provided for a small extra charge. All linens and towels are included and there is a laundry area complete with washer/dryer/iron. There are hairdryers provided in each bathroom.
The entire home has been decorated to the highest standard with sophisticated furniture, elegant colour schemes and all the finishing touches that make this holiday villa your second home in the beautiful Florida sunshine.
Included in our rates is a complete set of baby equipment, including travel cot, high chair, stair gate, stroller, baby monitor, etc.
