TheFamily Room with it's double-height cathedral ceiling is a real showpiece. Overlooked by the unique sky-bridge, it is extremely spacious and has a ceiling fan and patio doors looking out onto the pool area and lake beyond. A large screen cable TV with DVD/VCR is installed in the lounge and there are TVs in all the bedroom. In addition a cassette/CD player is also available for your entertainment. There is a PLAYSTATION 2 available to use for no extra charge and a selection of music, books, and games for you to enjoy.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge/freezer/icemaker, waste-disposal unit and double sink will more than cater for all your needs. Adjacent is a Breakfast Nook with table and chair seating for four. The kitchen also incorporates a breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in a separate utility room. All linen and towels are provided.
The Games Room houses an 8' Pool Table, Air Hockey and Soccer Table to provide hours of entertainment and challenges for everyone!
The Dining Area has a stunning column support glass table will seat six people. This really is a magnificent setting for formal dining, and should you wish to escape somewhere quieter there's a Second Lounge area with a double sofa and a large glass coffee table. This lies beyond the dining area for extra privacy.
The Den on the large upstairs landing really is one of the stars of the show. It has a plush sofa, coffee table and reading lamp provide an ideal location for quiet relaxation before bedtime or to log on to the Wireless High Speed Internet & catch up with friends back home!
The Master Bedroom is something to behold! It's the ultimate in privacy and luxury. Accessed by its own gallery walkway, it occupies the whole of the East Side of the first floor. It is very spacious and fully furnished with a King-size feature bed and patio doors leading onto a Private Balcony, overlooking the pool and lake. The luxurious En-suite Bathroom has two single bowl vanity units, a separate toilet, a large roman bath, a huge walk-in shower cubicle and two large walk-in closets.
Master Bedroom Two on the ground floor is again fully furnished with a Queen-size feature bed. Patio doors running the length of the room give you your own personal access to the deck and pool area. This bedroom also has its own En-suite Bathroom with an annexed door. A hairdryer, radio alarm clock and remote control TV & VCR are available in both master bedrooms.
The third Double Bedroom, which overlooks the lake, has a luxurious Queen-size bed. It is also equipped with its own TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard.
There are two other Twin Bedrooms that the kids or young at heart will love. One has a Disney theme whilst the other is themed in American sports. Both these rooms share a bathroom and are equipped with a TV.
POOL AREA
Your own private heated pool has been extended to give extra enjoyment. The raised Spa with a waterfall running into the pool, provides a soothing background for the ultimate in relaxation. Once out there you won't want to go back in for anything so we've even provided a cabana shower outside on the deck so you can cool off! The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. The stunning extended deck gives an exceptional feeling of space and tranquillity. Overlooking a natural lake and woodlands it also has a good degree of privacy.
When the sun gets too much there is a large covered Lanai that offers plenty of shade. With ample patio furniture as well as a plush 6-seater dining table, the lanai provides the perfect area to eat meals al fresco or to sit and relax with an evening drink and watch the sun set. For the safety of children the outside deck area is equipped with a pool guard.
SURROUNDING AREA
The Sanctuary is an impressive gated community of high quality homes set in beautifully landscaped communal areas. Red stone paving driveways and tree-lined boulevards add elegance to the development.
The world-renowned Championsgate golf resort featuring two 18-hole courses designed by Greg Norman is a mere two minutes drive from your vacation villa. There are many other courses within a 20 minute drive.
The home offers easy access to Disney World, which will take 15 minutes by car. It's also perfectly situated for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.
Westhaven is located within the proximity of the US27-I4 intersection and is well placed for shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and restaurants. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 2 minutes drive of your villa. Orlando International airport is about 25 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 75 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.
