Our home is a lovely four bedroom, three bathroom property with its own swimming pool in the relaxing community of Aylesbury, Davenport. It is just five minutes from the main Interstate and therefore well placed for travel to all the major attractions and both Atlantic and Gulf coasts. It is the ideal place to relax after a busy day enjoying all the exciting places Orlando has to offer.
It has two double bedrooms, both en suite (one with direct access to the private pool) and Cable TV. There are two twin bedded rooms, one with a Disney theme for our younger guests, along with a PS 2 and games and a further bathroom.
The large living area has a vaulted ceiling giving it a bright and airy feel; it is tastefully furnished with three sofas and has Cable TV, Video, DVD with surround sound and a CD player.
The open plan kitchen has everything you require with a Cooker and Hob, Microwave, Fridge Freezer (with ice maker), Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher and Waste Disposal. A laundry area is provided with a Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing board.
Our garage has been converted into a Games Room and has a full size Pool Table, Table Football and an electronic Darts Board as well as a selection of other games and toys.
All linen, towels including pool and beach towels are provided free of charge.
Patio doors lead from the lounge onto our extended pool deck which is partially covered giving you shade from the Florida sun; it is furnished with a table and chairs for outside dining and sun loungers for relaxation. The large pool (15' x 30') is fully screened, is chemical free and can be heated if required for an additional charge ( £10 per day). All doors and windows opening directly onto the pool area are alarmed for the safety of any children.
The property is fully air conditioned for your comfort and is maintained to a high standard by our locally based Management Company who also provide a 24 hour emergency helpline.
A safe is provided free of charge to store your valuables and the property is fitted with an intruder alarm for your peace of mind. A telephone is provided with local calls free of charge. A High Chair, Cot and Buggy are also available at no extra charge.
Aylesbury, is located just off US 27 and is minutes away from Interstate 4 providing easy access to the West Coast or the Space Coast beaches both of which are less than 90 minutes drive away. It is well situated for your holiday and is only minutes away from several executive golf courses; restaurants, shopping, takeaways and supermarkets (including a large WAL MART).
Walt Disney World; SeaWorld and Universal Studios are 20 mins by car; Busch Gardens near Tampa is 1 hours drive away and well worth a visit.
Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes by car and Sanford Airport 60 minutes away.
There are many shopping malls and outlet stores in Orlando all within a maximum of 40 minutes drive away.
There is so much more to see in the area and a visit to the town of Celebration is a must or take an air boat ride to view the local wildlife.
