ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The modern apartment is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Benalmadena in the newly created district of Nueva Torrequebrada, within easy reach of the main tourist areas. It is in a quiet residential complex, close to the beach and Torrequebrada Golf Course with a few restaurants, bars, shops and supermarket in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has two bedrooms (one double, one twin) with fitted wardrobes; one bathroom/shower; open plan lounge cum dining room with a breakfast bar to the kitchen. Patio doors from the lounge open to the South-facing balcony where you can enjoy winter sun from mid-morning until late afternoon. The balcony overlooks the shared pool and has a sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, hob, grill, fridge freezer and washing machine.

Linen (bedding and towels) are changed weekly.

The apartment has electronically controlled air-con/heating and extras such as a hairdryer and iron/ironing board.

It also has Sat T.V. to enable you to watch English programmes and a DVD player.

GETTING AROUND

Local bus stops are just a few minutes walk from the apartment. These frequent services run either along the coast between Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena and Fuengirola or inland to Arroyo De la Miel and Benalmadena Pueblo.

The nearest train station (Malaga-Fuengirola line) is a 25-minute walk.

You can take a leisurely stroll along the seafront into Benalmadena (about 30 minutes).

If you choose to hire a car, the apartment has its own underground parking space.

THINGS TO SEE AND DO

There are numerous attractions nearby - Tivoli World Amusement Park and Cable Car, Sea Life Centre, Dolphinarium, Marina, Aquapark Waterpark, La Paloma Park with huge gardens, lakes and cafes. The famous Torrequebrada Casino offering stunning floor shows and entertainment is within easy walking distance.

You are a short stroll from lovely beaches and miles of Promenade that take you through Benalmadena and on to Torremolinos.

For the golfer, Torrequebrada Golf Course is nearby, with several more excellent courses within a 20 to 30 minute drive.

Markets are held weekly in Benalmadena, Torremolinos and Fuengirola.

Further afield you can visit Marbella, Puerto Banus, Gibraltar, Ronda, Granada, Seville, Sierra Nevada and the beautiful countryside of Andalucia.
