By working closely with a Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) company we aim to get your property seen by people all over the world. |
| FREE availability calendar | Keep all your villa bookings up-to-date and manage them all in one place. Not only does the availability calendar show reservations taken by The Villa People website, but it also allows you to add your private bookings. In this way potential renters can search through the villas that meet their date criteria. This saves time and effort for both the owners and the renters. |
| On-line quotes | Add your rates for your villas and the renters will be able to get a quote on-line in seconds. You decide what optional extras you include as well as any special discounts. Think of the time you will save in emailing quotations! |
| Multiple currency | To work along side the on-line quotes system you can now offer your rates in £UK, $US and €Euros. You pick your default currency and enter your own preferred exchange rate for the remaining two currencies. As soon as you're done you're able to offer multi currency quotes. |
| 12 Photographs | When you sign up we will include with your subscription up to 12 photos. You upload them, give them a description and we will do the rest. We will create the gallery and slide show. If you need more than 12 photographs you can add another 10 photographs for an extra £2 per month. |
| Slide show | Once you have uploaded your photographs we will add them to your villa advert where they are presented to the renters as a slide show and thumbnail gallery. The renters can look at individual photographs or sit back and let the slide show sell your villa. |
| 24 hour access | Once registered you are able to log on 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You are in control of your own information. You can upload your own photos and text and make changes whenever you wish. |
| Commission free advertising | We have taken the decision to charge a fixed monthly fee for all the services we offer. Hopefully you will agree that our standard rate of £13.50 is a great deal. Even if you only took 1 extra booking in the first year it would be worth it. |
| FREE customer support | We will provide you with as much support as we can to help get your villa up and running on our website. |
| FREE photo scanning service | To advertise on our site you need a connection to the internet, an email account, and at least a little bit of technology, but you do not need to have all your photos stored digitally. If you have great photographs of your villa printed out we will scan them in and put them in your advert free of charge. |
| Virtual tour link | Many people have virtual tours of their properties. We encourage our advertisers to add a link to their tour so that renters can see the whole villa for themselves . However, we are unable to provide this service for virtual tours hosted on competitors websites. |
| On-line reservations | You can choose whether or not to let renters make on-line reservations for your villa. Anyone wishing to book on-line must register with us by providing some basic information and the details of the booking request will automatically be sent to you. At the same time the renter will see confirmation that the request has been sent to you and that you will confirm the booking directly with them. PLEASE RESPOND AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO THESE BOOKING ENQUIRIES - THESE ARE FIRM BOOKING REQUESTS! Once the booking is confirmed, don't forget to update your FREE availability calendar. If you agree to the service we will only let registered users reserve your villa. The villa will automatically show a pending booking in your availability calendar. |
| Unlimited updates | We do not place any restrictions on the number of changes or amendments you can make to you villa information. In fact we actively encourage you to update the information as often as possible. Owners who keep their information up-to-date get more bookings! |
| Flights, car hire & Insurance | We have added a flights, car hire and holiday insurance area to our website to encourage renters to remain on our site. The longer they stay and browse for services, the longer the opportunity to view your villa. |
