The Villa People have the pleasure of offering renters the chance to experience one of the finest places in the world. Welcome to Mauritius.
The Island of Mauritius, which is located in the Indian Ocean, offers world class hotels and villa rental accommodation along with a multitude of gastronomic delights. Add these to spectacular sandy beaches, gorgeous spas and quality golf courses and you’ll be in for the treat of a lifetime.
Mauritius boasts the world’s third largest corral reef which surrounds a glorious turquoise lagoon with silky blond sand beaches. With a tropical maritime climate and relatively little seasonal variation in temperature Mauritius is a wonderful year round location.
There are not many locations that are compared to paradise but Mauritius definitely is.
For those who need more than exquisite white sandy beaches there is plenty to occupy your time. You can visit Port Louis, the capital of Mauritius, quad bike up the Moka mountains, take a tour of the sugar mill and rum distillery, scuba dive or snorkel the coral reef or hike in the Black River Gorges National Park. If that’s still not enough then you can visit Pamplemousses Gardens, the third oldest botanical gardens in the world, explore Casela Bird Park, visit the Natural History Museum or the Mauritius Aquarium.
If its water sports or activities you prefer then you can dive, snorkel, water ski, walk underwater, take a cruise, hire a speed boat, ride a glass bottom boat or simply have a swim or a paddle.
This article does not do the Island of Mauritius enough justice. There’s enough to keep you going for a few weeks whatever you look for in a holiday.
