Completing this section of your villa information will allow you to provide potential renters with accurate real time quotes. Before we begin please ensure you have selected / entered the correct currency on the 'Description' tab.
These charges are optional and will not apply to all villa owners. If they are left blank or with a value of 0 they will not appear as an option on the 'quote & enquiries' page.

Please enter the cost of pool heat or cot hire based on a rate per day. A mid term clean or a food pack are defined as one off charges. If there are additional optional services you offer please let us know and we may be able to include these on the quotes page.
Simply add the minimum number of days the guests need to rent your villa before a discount is given. The discount is set as a percentage of the rental figure and is not applied to the optional extra charges.
You can choose to give a late booking discount for rentals begining within a specified number of days. You choose the number of days and the appropriate discount (as a percentage) off the rental rate. Again this discount does not apply to optional extras.
You need to select when you want to receive full payment from the renter. For example if you collect the final balance 10 weeks prior to the guests arrival set the number of days to 70 (10 x 7 days). Alternatively if you collect the full balance at the booking stage you can enter '999' days.
Where necessary you can ask for a deposit. You need to select either a percentage of the booking or a fixed amount for each week or part week of the booking.
If you have different rates throughout the year it is easy to add them into the daily rental charges section.
Start by pressing 'add date'
Add the rate per night for todays date then enter the 'Until Date'. The 'until date' is when the rate is due to change or expire. By pressing the 'add date' button again you can select the new rate that will be applied following the previous 'until date'. For each 'amount per night' you enter you will need to enter a corresponding 'until date'. A simple example of this can be seen below:
Existing Rate Structure -
1st October 2006 - 31st December 2006 : £75
1st January 2007 - 31st May 2007 : £100
1st June 2007 - 31st December 2007 : £85
